Payment Method:

Credit card is our preferred payment method. It is secure and can be automatically charged through on our end after each session so that we dedicate more of our time with you to therapy. We also accept Interac e-Transfer. Receipts are sent by email following each session. Direct billing may be available for some insurance providers (see below) for sessions provided by our RCCs/RSWs, depending on your insurance coverage (practicum students are not yet licensed, so are not covered by insurance).

Cancellation:

At least 1 day’s notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Late/same-day cancellations or no shows are subject to a cancellation fee.

Will insurance cover my sessions?

If you wish to claim our counselling sessions, please check with your insurance provider that your insurance plan covers services provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). A receipt is provided following each session, which you can submit with your insurance claim. Intern and Practicum Student Counsellor sessions are unfortunately not covered by insurance, since they are not yet licensed professionals.

Please note that we are licensed to serve individuals, couples and families that are residents of the province of British Columbia, Canada.
