Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Closed Weekends, Stat Holidays, and Dec 25 to Jan 1.

Therapists may provide appointments outside of our admin office hours.

How to Book

If you are a new client, book a free consultation or send us an inquiry by submitting the form to the left.

If you are an existing client, book online using our Jane online booking system.

If you are a referring professional, submit our Service Provider Referral Form to refer a client.

Are you able to match me with a therapist?

Certainly! If you share a bit about what you're seeking help with and your availability and preferences in the form above, this will help us identify which therapist on our team might be the best fit for you. We'll then get them to reach out to you to book a free consultation.

What if I don’t know what kind of therapy I need?

No problem! If you share a bit about what you’re looking for or what you’re going through, we’ll guide you from there.

Do you accept insurance or third‑party funding?

Possibly, if your extended health plan covers services delivered by a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). We may also be able to provide direct billing.

We also accept funding from various agencies. If you have third‑party funding, please indicate this on the form above.

How soon will I hear back?

We typically reply within 1-2 business days, possibly sooner. If you contact us on a weekend or holiday, we’ll get back to you within the next 1-2 business days.
