Individual therapy may help you if you’re struggling with:

Overwhelming Emotions

Many people struggle with intense feelings they find hard to handle. A therapist can offer ways to manage these feelings better, like learning coping strategies and mindfulness techniques.

Trust or Intimacy Issues

Some find it tough to trust others or build close relationships because of things that happened in the past. A therapist can help you figure out how to trust again and make healthier relationships.

Self Esteem Struggles

Lots of folks feel not so great about themselves or are confused about who they are because of things that happened in the past. A therapist can help figure out who you are, feel better about yourself, and be kinder to yourself.

Relationship Struggles

Some people find themselves going through the same bad stuff in relationships because of things that happened before. A therapist can help figure out why this happens and how to have better, healthier relationships.

Parenting Fears or Struggles

Some feel scared or not ready to be parents because of experiences from their past with early caregivers. Therapists can help make sense of these feelings, connect with one’s values as a parent or parent-to-be, and help overcome those worries.

Feeling Anxious or On Edge

Many people feel really anxious or on high alert because of bad things that happened earlier in life. Therapists can help find ways to feel less anxious and more relaxed.

Impact of Past on Present

Past memories might affect your current life, causing distress or making it hard to focus. A therapist can help you explore these memories, understand how they affect you, and learn ways to handle their impact, allowing you to feel more at ease and in control in your day-to-day experiences.

Breaking Free of Family Patterns

Feeling stuck in how your family acts or thinks from a long time ago? Therapists can help understand these patterns, break free from them, and make new, healthier ways of living.
